Cap Trick

Today I would like you to meet a dear friend of mine, Saud. We have traveled together a lot and I have photographed him very frequently. He is a jolly good man and excellent company.

Following was taken in China this year when I bought my new toy, Fuji X-E1.

What a classic look right out of from some hollywood movie.

And when he tried a Turkish traditional cap in Istanbul, see how he transforms and actually looks quite Turkish, right out of from some Arabian nights movie.

It is always great to see him through the viewfinder … he kind of fills the frame very nicely.

I hope you enjoy.

  1. I like the top portrait; feels very candid.
The X-E1 is turning out to be an excellent street camera.

    Regards,
    Mike
