The Noname Groom

In our culture, as a joke among the males, we consider the groom to be a poor victim of the marriage. He loses his freedom and becomes a slave of his wife. Of course men love to get married and happily take these jokes. The following picture says it all:

A groom is a poor fellow with no name, no face, speechless etc. He putts on these traditional clothes called ‘Shervani’ and a turban. He goes through very tiring and tough time on his wedding day AND lives a tough life happily thereafter.

Hope you enjoy today’s post.
