Visited a workshop (garage for the US viewers) and found a beauty in for some body work:

O, what a simple engine this Beetle has. Unbelievable. The owner is obviously very fond of the lady. Note the chrome plated rotary parts. It is equipped with double intake. The red thing is a high performance air filter. The engine has been modified to 1302 specs. Just lovely.

And people who do such kind of performance modifications also look a bit different.

The proud and happy owner.

Enjoy. Taken with Fuji X-E1 and Zeiss 21/4.5 lens.

  2. Mike Pratt says:

Built to last. They can take all kinds of abuse and still keep going.
