Outside the Fence

Sopping is done and now we are outside the Jumma Bazaar. Vendors who sell things not in line with the Jumma Bazaar theme do not get a license to sell inside. So, they put up their stall outside the fence:

And while getting out I also noticed something typical of us:

I enjoyed the shot of the men ‘outside the fence’ but I don’t know about the rubbish. I just hope it is not left there permanently, Dr_IQ.

Thanks Vicki. The rubbish is mostly wood, paper and hey used in packaging. I am sure there are people who take this and sell it somewhere else. This attitude of littering is part of ‘our’ culture and difficult to overcome.

  2. Thank you for doing this series. I hope these are not the last images but with the throwing away the trash it seem to be a poignant ending.
